Fantastic duplex penthouse with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with sea views in Tarifa for rent, with modern furniture in the new urbanization Tarifa Sunset.
This rental apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a dining area, and a private terrace on the lower level. On the terrace, there is a table and chairs for comfortable dining. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds and the other with a pull-out bed (for sleeping 2 people). There is also a full bathroom on this floor.
PRICE IN LOW AND MEDIUM SEASON IS QUOTED FOR 4 PEOPLE. There is an extra charge of 10 EUR per person per night in low season and 15 EUR per person per night in medium season.
On the upper floor, there is a mster bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. There are two terraces accessible from the master bedroom, one with views of the gardens and pool and another terrace with wonderful views of Playa de Los Lances, Punta Paloma, and Parque Natural del Estrecho.
This apartment is close to Las Lances beach, ideal for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
There is a large community pool and a children's pool, open during the summer months. (Subject to laws/conditions that we cannot control).
Other features: Smart TV (in living room and master bedroom) , elevator with access to the apartment, garage, fiber optics.
This rental accommodation is in a perfect position between the beach and the new commercial center of Tarifa with a well-equipped Mercadona supermarket across the street.
Kite and MTB shops are nearby for lessons or gear rentals, and there are a few cafes serving breakfast, burgers, wraps, and salads.
In the area, there is a pizzeria for fast food, and a takeaway shop. Also, worth the 5-minute walk to the beachside bar/restaurant complex comprising Surla, Mexicalito, Stoked, and Cafe del Mar. Great breakfasts amongst the local surfer crowd, healthy lunches, and varied dining options from Japanese to Indonesian to traditional burgers and steaks.
There are hundreds of excellent bars and restaurants in the old town, a 15-minute walk down the main street lined with trendy boutiques.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum rental in high season 7 nights.
Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to owners bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received. A provisional booking will only be held for 24hrs while we await a confirmation of your transfer.
Security Deposit: from 200€ to 1000€ depending on the property.
Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable and dates cannot be altered after the initial reservation is confirmed.We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 20.00hrs. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office. Key handover is not available after 24hrs.
Payment: On arrival at the rental property, both the balance and security deposit needs to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received. We do not have credit card facilities.
Services: Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for the failure of any external services. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.
Noise: Occasionally guests may experience unexpected noise from exterior sources such as construction sites, traffic etc. Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for unexpected noise.
Animals: Not allowed in rental properties, uless if agreed prior booking in particular properties. In such case, extra cleaning fee is 20€.
Property Rules: No parties or events allowed. The maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed allowed capacity and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Clients should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Please keep any noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11 pm and 9 am. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.
Departure: All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs. Properties should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs. Failure to do so will result in money being taken out of security deposit. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
