'Tarifa Loft'' is a super cool and (Tarifa) style) well furnished 3rd floor duplex penthouse (which can accomodate up to five people) for Holiday Rental in Tarifa facing west with a large partly covered terrace and amazing panoramic sea views off the living area and a smaller terrace off the main bedroom.

Underground parking and storage space.

Inside:

The (small) salon comprises a living/dining area with comfortable seating and a (42 inch) TV opening out on to a sunny west facing terrace with pergola and with further open air seating for 5 people for those happy family reunions or romantic candle lit dinners in the evening - after a hard day on the beach.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds (each 2m x 90 cm) and shares a bathroom (bath and shower) with the 3rd bedroom which also has a single bed/double bed 2m x 80/160 cm

The small kitchen area is well equipped with oven, hot plate, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and blender.

The upstairs master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (2m x 140cm) and also opens out on to an open terrace with 2 sun loungers - ideal for sunbathing out of the wind. There is also a small terrace at the back to catch the early rays of the morning sun.

There is plenty of wardrobe space and a small master bathroom with shower.

All rooms are fitted with energy saving ceiling ventilators. A/C is not normally necessary apart from a few days of Levante wind in August

Outside:

This chic (compact) penthouse is just across the road from the Mercadona supermarket and only 5 minutes walk down to Las Lances beach - ideal for kiters and windsurfers when the Poniente wind blows in the Autumn, Winter and Spring.

Downstairs in the underground garage is one parking space.

The swimming pool is open during the SUMMER MONTHS ONLY. Normally early May - late October

Local area:

KIte, MTB and Adventure Sports shops are close by for either lessons or hiring equipment and the nearest coffee shop serving breakfasts, burgers, wraps and salads (Banana Republic) is just downstairs..

Plus Caleta and Helen''''s kitchen.

There´s also a pizzzeria for quick meals, but it´s also worth a 5 mins walk down to the beachside complex of bar/restaurants comprising Surla, Stoked and Cafe del Mar. Great breakfasts amongst the local surf crowd, healthy lunches and varied dinner options from Japanese and Indonesian to traditional burgers and steaks.

There are hundreds of great bars and restaurants in the Old Town - a 15 mins walk down the main high street lined with trendy boutiques.

This is a family orientated quiet residential building and the apartment owners only accept reservations from equally quiet families - no groups of single people.

Rental Conditions

Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to owners bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received. A provisional booking will only be held for 24hrs while we await a confirmation of your transfer.

Security Deposit: from 200€ to 1000€ depending on the property.

Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable and dates cannot be altered after the initial reservation is confirmed.We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 20.00hrs. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office. Key handover is not available after 24hrs.

Payment: On arrival at the rental property, both the balance and security deposit needs to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received. We do not have credit card facilities.

Services: Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for the failure of any external services. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.

Noise: Occasionally guests may experience unexpected noise from exterior sources such as construction sites, traffic etc. Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for unexpected noise.

Animals: Not allowed in rental properties, uless if agreed prior booking in particular properties. In such case, extra cleaning fee is 20€.

Property Rules: No parties or events allowed. The maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed allowed capacity and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Clients should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Please keep any noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11 pm and 9 am. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.

Departure: All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.

Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs. Properties should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs. Failure to do so will result in money being taken out of security deposit. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.

We could not imagine anything better. The apartment ist spacey and perfectly close to the wonderful beach, which you enter at the site of the super-relaxed Gaia Beach Club. Also the town is very close, and there is a huge supermarket across the street. We will definitely return.
