Lovely beach home for rent in an exclusive development close to the Los lances in Tarifa, enjoying private terrace and garden area.
On the ground floor is the living room, fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a terrace and a garden with artificial grass. There is a master ensuite with double bed, the 2 guest bedrooms on this floor contain two single beds in each room and share a bathroom. The third floor contains two single beds and access to a terrace and solarium overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar and the dunes of Punta Paloma in the other direction.
The complex has a communal swimming pool with small kids pool which is normally open during the months of the summer (but this is outside of our control)
There is a double underground parking space. It is located just 15 minutes walk from the city center and the "Old Town"
The prices quoted for Low & Medium seasons are for 4 people staying in just two of the bedrooms but please consult for prices for 6-8 people staying and also using the other bedrooms.
Prices shown in High & Peak season are for 6 people but up to 8 people can stay with an extra cost of 15€ per person. A maximum of 6 adults.

Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to owners bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received. A provisional booking will only be held for 24hrs while we await a confirmation of your transfer.
Security Deposit: from 200€ to 1000€ depending on the property.
Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable and dates cannot be altered after the initial reservation is confirmed.We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 20.00hrs. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office. Key handover is not available after 24hrs.
Payment: On arrival at the rental property, both the balance and security deposit needs to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received. We do not have credit card facilities.
Services: Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for the failure of any external services. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.
Noise: Occasionally guests may experience unexpected noise from exterior sources such as construction sites, traffic etc. Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for unexpected noise.
Animals: Not allowed in rental properties, uless if agreed prior booking in particular properties. In such case, extra cleaning fee is 20€.
Property Rules: No parties or events allowed. The maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed allowed capacity and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Clients should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Please keep any noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11 pm and 9 am. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.
Departure: All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs. Properties should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs. Failure to do so will result in money being taken out of security deposit. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
Great location within walking distance to the old town and beach. The back garden gets sunshine all day and there is a top terrace with great views. We had a great time, enjoy
We had an wonderful holiday in Tarifa and great accommodation place, thanks to the hosts. The apartment is large and spacious, 4 bedrooms, sunny and comfortable. Great living room area with enough space for a big group. Nice terrace to wash and dry our kite equipment, direct access to the garage and storage area. The location is ideal if you want to escape the bustling area and have easy access to the beaches around. We had a great observation spot to check on the wind and kitesurfing conditions on the top terrace:) The big supermarket is just two minutes away. I would definitely recommend the place not only for for kitesurfer groups like ours but also for families who enjoy walks by the beach and tranquility.
Great house with good facilities. especially the parking space below the house was amazing; all our kitesurfgear could stay in the car. Furthermore the house is situated in 15 minute walk to the city. All and all, we would love to come back to this place someday.
We spent 10 days at Nina''s apartment. Everything was clean and the house is super equipped. It is located about 20min walk from the old town directly on Campo Football. The kite beach is 3 min walk away and in the city it goes along the beach promenade. The house also has 2 underground parking spaces from where you can get directly into the house. I can recommend this accommodation without reservation!!!
