There is a sofa bed for 5th person (in high and peak season 15€/night extra and in low/medium season 10€/night).

The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

It is located across the road from the Mercadona supermarket, just a 5-minute walk from Las Lances beach.

The pool is open only during the summer months. Normally from June 15 to September 15. (Subject to laws / conditions that we cannot control)

Kite shops and adventure sports are nearby for either lessons or equipment rental, and the closest cafe serving breakfast, burgers, wraps, and salads (Banana Republic) is just downstairs.

There is also a pizzeria for quick meals but also well worth a 5 minute walk to the beachside bar / restaurant complex which includes Surla, Solsticio, Stoked and Café del Mar. Great breakfasts amongst the local surf crowd, lunches Healthy and varied dinner options from Japanese and Indonesian to traditional burgers and steaks.

There are hundreds of great bars and restaurants in the old town, a 15 minute walk down the main street with the trendy boutiques.

The apartment has Wifi.

Pets are not allowed.

Minimum rental 3 nights in low season, 5 in mid season and 7 nights in July and August.

The apartment has a garage space.
