Newly owned luxury townhouse for short-term rent in a beautiful beachside development in Tarifa. The entire interior has been very nicley decorated giving you a feeling of beach comfort and relaxation. This modern, 3-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is a luxury accommodation located in a beachside property complex. Included is a private patio (attached to the house) and a large communal area with a swimming pool, children's splash pool, and green areas.
The house has all the needed essentials for your stay: free Wi-Fi; Smart TV; ceiling fan in all rooms; washing machine; and all kitchen amenities, including stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc.
The ground floor comprises the living and dining areas, as well as the kitchen. It opens on to a small patio terrace with outside dining and chill-out area. There is a pool access directly from the patio.
The bedrooms are - one in the underground floor, with 2 single beds and auxiliary comfortable bed (ideal for 3 people). There is also one full bathroom. The first floor contains 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. There is another Smart TV in master bedroom. The second 2 single bed bedroom opens to a sunny balcony.
The house includes one underground parking space with direct access from the house. Also included is a small storage area at the entrance to the house on the bottom floor where you can safely store all your sporting equipment during your stay.
This house is located 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Spain,"Playa de Los Lances". You are only a 10-minute drive out to Valdevaqueros beach where you can enjoy unforgettable wind/kitesurfing.The town of Tarifa and all it has to offer is only a short, 15-minute walk from the house. The largest supermarket in the area is just a 2-minute walk. There are numerous kitesurfing schools throughout the area. Everything is at your fingertips.
Your appetite for the beach, sand, awesome food, cool drinks at trendy bars, and adrenaline-filled kitesurfing will guarantee your return year after year. Tarifa has the most chilled-out-laid-back atmosphere in Europe.
Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to owners bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received. A provisional booking will only be held for 24hrs while we await a confirmation of your transfer.
Security Deposit: from 200€ to 1000€ depending on the property.
Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable and dates cannot be altered after the initial reservation is confirmed.We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 20.00hrs. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office. Key handover is not available after 24hrs.
Payment: On arrival at the rental property, both the balance and security deposit needs to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received. We do not have credit card facilities.
Services: Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for the failure of any external services. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.
Noise: Occasionally guests may experience unexpected noise from exterior sources such as construction sites, traffic etc. Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for unexpected noise.
Animals: Not allowed in rental properties, uless if agreed prior booking in particular properties. In such case, extra cleaning fee is 20€.
Property Rules: No parties or events allowed. The maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed allowed capacity and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Clients should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Please keep any noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11 pm and 9 am. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.
Departure: All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs. Properties should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs. Failure to do so will result in money being taken out of security deposit. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
