The holiday apartment rental has 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and fantastic salon which opens up onto an incredible balcony with views from Tarifa Island and all the way to the Dunes at Punta Paloma.
The apartment has recently been renovated. The kitchen and the bath room are brand new. One bed room with double bed and another with two single beds provide comfortable space for 4 persons. The salon is equipped with a sofa corner, plasma TV, and wifi internet access.
There is the communal gardens and swimming pool which is open during the summer months. (Subject to laws/condiruins over which we have no control).
This holiday apartment is close to a number of bars & cafes, while the centre of town is a short 5 min walk away.

Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to owners bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received. A provisional booking will only be held for 24hrs while we await a confirmation of your transfer.
Security Deposit: from 200€ to 1000€ depending on the property.
Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable and dates cannot be altered after the initial reservation is confirmed.We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 20.00hrs. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office. Key handover is not available after 24hrs.
Payment: On arrival at the rental property, both the balance and security deposit needs to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received. We do not have credit card facilities.
Services: Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for the failure of any external services. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.
Noise: Occasionally guests may experience unexpected noise from exterior sources such as construction sites, traffic etc. Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for unexpected noise.
Animals: Not allowed in rental properties, uless if agreed prior booking in particular properties. In such case, extra cleaning fee is 20€.
Property Rules: No parties or events allowed. The maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed allowed capacity and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Clients should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Please keep any noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11 pm and 9 am. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.
Departure: All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs. Properties should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs. Failure to do so will result in money being taken out of security deposit. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
Great location facing the Playa de Los Lances with access to swimming pool which was important for kids. Excellent amenities for kitchen. Comfortable sleeping spaces. Nina was wonderful with communication and offering suggestions for things to do for families and kids during the week. She can connect you to anything you want to do from surfing, whale watching, hiking trails, and ATVs. We will come back!
El apartamento es perfecto, como se ve en las fotos. Justo frente al mar con una vista espectacular, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Hemos estado a gusto y Nina muy disponible con nosotros. Gracias y hasta pronto!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Altstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 15 Minuten Fussmarsch erreichbar. Gratisparkplätze in der Nähe der Wohnung hat es genügend (die zur Wohnung gehörende Einstellhalle und deren Einfahrt sind sehr eng). Die Terrasse ist bei stürmischem Levante windgeschützt. Der Service und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut, schnell und sehr freundlich - danke Nina. Ich komme wieder...
