Newly purchased 3-storey townhouse for rent in a beautiful beachside development in Tarifa. The interior has been completely renovated and refurnished, giving you a cozy and luxurious feeling of beach comfort and relaxation.
The ground floor living area is an open space with a superbly equipped kitchen. Stairs lead up to three double bedrooms with two bathrooms on the first floor. There are sea views from the master bedroom. There is secure indoor parking for two cars with direct access to the downstairs sporting equipment storage and laundry room. The house faces south (towards Morocco) and opens on to a small covered terrace and a stairway down to the private garden which accommodates up to 10 people for outside dining.

The gated property complex offers a large communal area with a waterfall swimming pool (open June to October) for sun-bathing, a children's splash pool and a play area.
This house is a mere 3-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Spain, "Playa de Los Lances" and less than 10-minutes by car from Valdevaqueros beach where you can enjoy unforgettable wind/kitesurfing. The town of Tarifa and all it has to offer is only a short, 10-minute walk from the house. The area’s largest supermarket (MERCADONA) is just a 2-minute walk from the house. There are numerous kitesurfing schools throughout the area. Everything is at your fingertips.
Your appetite for the beach, awesome food, cool drinks at trendy bars, and adrenaline-filled kitesurfing, horse-back riding, whale-watching, hiking and mountain-biking will guarantee your return year after year. Tarifa has the most chilled-out-laid-back atmosphere in Europe.
The prices showing are for 4 people but up to 6 people can stay for with an extra cost of 10€ per person in Low & Medium season.

Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to owners bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received. A provisional booking will only be held for 24hrs while we await a confirmation of your transfer.
Security Deposit: from 200€ to 1000€ depending on the property.
Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable and dates cannot be altered after the initial reservation is confirmed.We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 20.00hrs. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office. Key handover is not available after 24hrs.
Payment: On arrival at the rental property, both the balance and security deposit needs to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received. We do not have credit card facilities.
Services: Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for the failure of any external services. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.
Noise: Occasionally guests may experience unexpected noise from exterior sources such as construction sites, traffic etc. Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for unexpected noise.
Animals: Not allowed in rental properties, uless if agreed prior booking in particular properties. In such case, extra cleaning fee is 20€.
Property Rules: No parties or events allowed. The maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed allowed capacity and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Clients should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Please keep any noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11 pm and 9 am. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.
Departure: All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs. Properties should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs. Failure to do so will result in money being taken out of security deposit. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
