Tarifa apartment for holiday rental in Tortuga Dos. This is located front line on Lances Beach, the best beach to practice kitesurf and windsurf in Tarifa.
The holiday apartment rental has 2 bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and fantastic salon which opens up onto an incredible balcony with views from Tarifa Island and all the way to the Dunes at Punta Paloma.
There is a double bed in each bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is nicely decorated and overlooks the communal gardens and swimming pool which is open during the summer months.
There is Sky TV, Fireplace for the winter, washing machine,dishwasher, hob, microwave and fridge.
This holiday apartment is close to a number of bars & cafes, while the centre of town is a short 5 min walk away.
The price is based on 4 people sharing. The apartment can accommodate a 5th person, sleeping on the sofa bed for an extra 15€ per night.

Conditions
Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to our bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received by Tarifa Direct. A provisional booking will only be held for 5 working days. If the reservation fee is not received into the account of Tarifa Direct before the end of the 5th working day, the booking is no longer valid and other bookings will be considered.
Security Deposit: from 200€ to 500€ depending on the property.
Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable.
Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 21.00. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office.; .
Cleaning: Cleaning charges apply to all bookings of less than 7 days.
Payment : On arrival at the rental property, both the balance and security deposit needs to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received. We do not have credit card facilities.
Departure: All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit.
Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs and should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs. Failure to do so will result in money being taken out of security deposit.
Animals: Are not permitted in rental properties.
Property Rules: Clients should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Failure to do so can result in expulsion from the property without refund.
