This is a luxury holiday house to rent in Tarifa, situated on a quiet street in the Old Town.
This rental townhouse has 3 fantastic bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each room is furnished to high standards and styled to resemble a typical boutique hotel. All rooms have large double beds.
The 2nd floor of this house contains the spacious salon on one half and kitchen and dining area on the other side. In the salon is a large sofa with open fire for any chilly nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge,and oven with cooking hobs. There is no dish washer or washing machine, but the owner´s cleaner is available to do laundry on an hourly rate. There is a large dining table to enjoy evening meals.
There is a fantastic roof terrace with incredible views of Africa in the distance. The roof terrace is accessed through a narrow hatch and wooden stairs which may not be easily accessed by everybody.
This is a fantastic spacious house and great for all your holiday needs in Tarifa

Conditions
Rental Conditions: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to our bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received by Tarifa Direct. A provisional booking will only be held for 5 working days. If the reservation fee is not received into the account of Tarifa Direct before the end of the 5th working day, the booking is no longer valid and other bookings will be considered.
Security Deposit: from 200€ to 500€ depending on the property.
Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable.
Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 21.00. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurrs a suplemental fee of 30€ .
Cleaning: Cleaning charges only apply to bookings of less than 7 days. Bookings of 7 days and over do not incur a cleaning charge.
Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs and should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs - Special arrangements can sometimes be arranged depending on other bookings.
Animals : Are not permitted in rental properties.
